Kennedy Davey is a seasoned creative producer with nearly two decades of experience spanning feature films, advertising, and branded content.
After earning a degree in Broadcast Communications, she spent eight years freelancing in the film industry, from working as Ben Stiller’s assistant at Red Hour and DreamWorks to serving as a VFX Coordinator at Twentieth Century Fox. Her name appears on a range of major studio productions, each role deepening her storytelling and production expertise.
In 2013, Kennedy moved into advertising as a Senior Producer at Anomaly, where she led award-winning work including Converse’s "Made By You," recognized at Cannes and AICP. She continued freelancing as a Line Producer and EP with top agencies and production companies.
In 2021, she joined Ryan Reynolds’ creative agency, Maximum Effort, as Head of Production. She led standout projects like the viral Peloton x Sex and the City spot (6.4 billion impressions, $19.2 million in earned media), and the launch of Betty Buzz, Blake Lively’s beverage brand. Most recently, she led creative production at Peloton in a contract role.
Now back to freelancing, Kennedy partners with brands, agencies, and production teams to lead high-impact creative and production work.
She also serves as Project Lead and Executive Producer for a Dolby-funded filmmaker initiative at Ghetto Film School, and is a mentor with the Group Effort Initiative. She’s passionate about expanding access and amplifying underrepresented voices in media.
She finds joy in traveling with her husband, playing dinosaurs with her son, and has a slightly obsessive love for efficiency. Kennedy thrives in structured chaos and is happiest solving the unsolvable in today’s fast-moving content landscape.
